With comprehensive, complimentary and integrative training, special needs are my specialty. I am a retired Royal Academy of Dance certified instructor of classical ballet. I am certified in Pilates mat and reformer instruction with 1000 hours of training directly with a physiotherapist. For three years I taught in that same physical therapy environment before opening my own practice. I am a Reiki Master | Teacher. I have also completed levels 1 and 2 of CranioSacral Therapy. And I have extensive training in Alexander Technique.
